Has anyone tried to link QB 2008-09 with new SDK?
« on: June 13, 2008, 06:03:38 PM »

Hi all

I am wondering if any one has tried the new 6.1 with 2008-09.
As QB decided to make every one fit into US taxation system we all need to update our application(s) to match the new tax format.
I've tried my application without any change to XML structure other then the xmlversion and failed. I have <Owner>0</Owner> on all my Customer, Vendor and Item requests. I've noticed that on the new Unified OSR some of the tags have a space after it. I changed my XML request to <Owner >0</Owner> and it worked.
I post this in US FORUM and the first thing to start with is they are not aware of XMLVersion 6.1 and it didn't make any difference whether they had space or not my sample XML worked fine with XMLVersion 6.0
Does any one have any similar experience?

Cheers

Do you have any details of what the latest version of the SDK that is meant to be used with QBi Enterprise 08/09. I see that there is SDK version 7.00 on the US site. But I am not sure if this is compatible with QBi 08/09

Any help appreciated.
