Trouble reloading Quicken 2008/2009
« on: February 06, 2011, 11:54:54 AM »

We have purchased a new laptop for our business needs and want to load our Quicken disk onto our new laptop. We will then delete Quicken from the old laptop. No problems until we are asked for Customer ID.  What is this? We still have all the appropriate documentation, eg. installation key.

This is your Reckon (Quicken ID) and you should have been given this when you first registered your software.

Sometimes when you buy this product "off the shelf" and not via an accredited partner or from Reckon themselves, you don't complete this process.

If you email me offline with your full name, address, Install Key or Product Code I should be able to get your Customer ID from Reckon.

Regards,

Jason
