Transfer credit to a new customer

Hi,

I have a customer who has overpaid their account. Normally this would be fixed by giving a refund on the overpayment, but in this case the customer has asked for the credit to be given to another customer who is a relative.

How do I go about transferring the credit amount from customer A to customer B?
