Hi,

I have a terminal server with Quickbooks Plus 2010-11 and have just tried many times to update using the QuickBooks_2011-12_TaxUpdate.exe file. With it being a TS I restarted the server, disabled user logon, entered application install mode, stopped the 'QuickBooks Database Server Manager' service and then ran the file.

The problem is the update can't see the Quickbooks installation even if I manually select the installation folder. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Reading between the lines this means that 'QuickBooks Database Server Manager' service and Quickbooks Plus 2010-11 are running on the same server.
