Hi all

I am using Quickbooks 2011/2012. I have set up the super item for my employees with the $450 threshold and it worked fine for the first month then for the second month it didnt reset and start from zero again it just calculated super as usual. I have tried seting up a new super item and starting all over again but it was the same fine for the first month not for the second or third. I have spent hour after hour over the last 3 months trying to work this out. Im at the point now where I am pretty sure I have set everything up properly. I just dont get why it is not doing what it is supposed to.

Please please please help.
