State Payroll Tax Summary report not balancing to Payroll Report

Hi there,

I am new to this forum and new to quickbooks, so wondering if you could provide me with some help.

I have run our State Payroll Tax Summary report and our Payroll Summary report for Dec 09 and they differ.

I can see which items they are, but i don't know how to fix them in Quickbooks and don't understand what setting is preventing these items from being shown on the State Payroll Tax Summary Report - all items are on the Payroll Summary Report though.

I think there are some incorrect information so it displays some errors on the summary. You need to refresh first the page to see correctly the update of the report. If you can’t find the error on your payroll system then just go to the support page to find out what really the problem is.
