Are there any service providers in Australia or related tools available to downsize the QB data file whilst retaining at least 2 years history.

This feature was removed in the last version of QBooks - it caused far too many problems, and now that the DataBase is SQL based, the file size is no longer an issue.

If you are using a file from an older version, there are several ways to proceed. I would need to know the relevant specs on file size etc, list sizes (Ctrl + 1 while quickBooks is open will get you this info), + what version you are using.
