Hi. I have received and installed the latest version of QuickBooks (QuickBooks Pro 2011/12), and once again this upgrade is causing problems.

I have installed the software upgrade (on my PC running Windows 7), and I can enter data, etc, but every time I want to create a PDF or email an invoice the program crashes and has a message that states “Not Responding”. I then have to close the program through Windows Task Manager – which also tells me the QuickBooks program is not responding.

Hope someone else has had this problem and knows how to fix it.

Just wondering - is your Windows 7 a 64-bit version?

If so, Reckon have issued a fix for problems sending emails or printing PDFs from upgraded QuickBooks installations.

Personally, I did not seem to have the issue as there was only one Printer 'device' left after the upgrade, but perhaps this could be the solution for you.
