Quickbooks 11/12 SideBySide error

Hi

I'm back again with this SideBySide error. The first time it was with QuickBooks Premier 2010/11, never found a fix (original post http://quickbooksforum.com.au/quickbooks/quickbooks-1011-sidebyside-error-t201.0.html). This time it's with version 11/12 on a new computer. The only common denominator between the two computers is that they are both 64-bit operating systems. QuickBooks does work.
