Have just "upgraded" to 10/11 quickbooks plus
everything seemed to be running sweet until then
just tried to run a BAS for Q1 2010
QB just starts calculating then crashes

have rebuilt data file and verified already

any ideas ??

I did all the same things. 

I rang QB support ($4.99pm!!) and he said "oh, no, it's still happening".  He cancelled my phone charges and explained there was a problem and I needed to delete the entire QB file (not the data files) and reinstall.  I spoke to our own tech support and they said that instead of upgrading, it was better to just install the program as a whole because upgrading sometimes leaves residual files behind. 

Anyway!, I would say, contact support!  I don't think it is your fault and they should not charge you...but don't hold me to that...

Have you guys resolved this.  I want to make sure the upgrade is safe before going ahead and upgrading.
