Posting input tax credit directly to tax payable

Quickbooks Premier:Accountant addition 2010/11
I have a hire purchase agreement for which i have created a fixed asset for the equipment (ex gst), posted the gst input tax credit to gst suspense and the balance to a loan account for the financier.  As it is a hire purchase agreement the monthly payments are posted directly to the loan account but at the end of each quarter I need to journalise the gst paid from the gst suspense account into the tax payable account so that it shows up on the quarter bas.
How do I do this as the program doesn't seem to allow this function?
