Paying super liabilities, incorrect amount showing negative

Hi
Can anyone help, I have just gone to pay my super iabilities as usual, after selecting the date range, it gives me a negative amount, I have never had any trouble doing this before, and have not changed anything, when I try to search in the help section on the tool bar, it says Q/B has encounted an error. etc etc When I print the super report by employee, it gives me the correct figure, it just shows up as a negative one in the pay liabilities section Huh Huh Huh Huh

There could be several possibilities.

Firstly, run the payroll liabilities report for past months to ensure you have paid the right amounts to clear the correct periods. You want to make sure you have paid the correct periods in the past.

This is a starting point - there are a few other things to check. Also make sure - if you have created a new super item recently that it is assigned to the correct expense and liability accounts.
