I have an issue with online banking where the "To Bank" section keeps showing up with previously paid payees.
In this case the online banking is used for payroll.

How do I remove old entries from the populated list? I only want those employees showing up for the current payroll week, not a history of them.

To get rid of those payees, create an aba file, then delete it.
If you clear the online banking centre today, then did a payrun, next time you go into the online banking centre it should only show the pays you just did.
Any old pays in the banking centre you should clear out first. Tick these off, create an aba file then delete that aba file (if these are pays that have been done already)
Then you should just have the current pays in the online banking centre (if there are any current pays waiting to be sent to the bank)
