Hi,
Just upgraded from 08/09 to 09/10

Now when I emai client invoice or statement there is no pdf attached, just part 1.2

I have deleted pdf converter, still no change

Any guidance gratefully received.

All Sorted,
Deleted 2009 / 10

Reinstalled 2008 / 09

All good now,

Shreaded 2009 / 10 disk

You didn't need to do that Ron as this isn't a QBooks error and can be fixed quite easily.

However now that it's done, 09/10 includes many payroll changes as per the ATO's new legislation - If you don't use payroll then no problem - if you do - let me know and I'll get you a new disk and talk you through the PDF issue (it's a known issue and has effected all MYOB/QBooks versions since MS changed protocols for outlook/outlook express.
